I’m Evgeniya, a yoga teacher with over 10 years of practice, ongoing training and the founder of Elements yoga studio in Vilnius.
For me, yoga is not about perfect poses but about real, tangible results: a strong body, a healthy spine, and renewed energy for life. Through my teaching, I aim to help you build strength, confidence, and balance, both on and off the mat.
